Our home is the perfect place for a peaceful retreat to Zion National Park. The large community areas are a must for groups.

Located next the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort property near the East Gate you can enjoy resort amenities while also being fully connected to the outdoors. Explore Zion National Park hikes that start right from the resort property. Visit our other nearby parks with just a short drive to Bryce Canyon, North Rim Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and more.

Perfectly appointed for large families or groups up to 16 people. We’ve thought of everything so you don’t have to! 2 large community areas and a big outdoor patio are KEY for relaxing with a large group and this house has them all.

Our expansive house has 6 generous sized private bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 large community inside spaces, open floor plan and outdoor patio seating with grills and private hot tub for dining and star gazing.

Our guests love the two expansive comfortable community areas. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook and dine with a crowd. Dining room has plenty of seating for everyone to dine in comfort. Outdoor private patio is perfect for stargazing, soaking in the hot tub after a long hike and outdoor adventures, and gourmet grilling and dining with your group. It has a large shaded seating area and lounge area.

Bedrooms: The home has 6 bedrooms, 4 King bedrooms with connected bathrooms with showers. Plus 2 large bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each one! These two bedrooms share the larges bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower combo. We have 2 twin size rollaway beds that will fit in the king bedrooms. That doesn’t count the 2 queen size sofa pullouts in the upstairs.

Located within walking distance of the Zion Ponderosa resort. Amenities such as swimming, tennis, zip lining, mini-golf, horseback riding and ATV Rentals all available for an extra fee. The pool is an extra fee of $12 per person per day or a $20 per person per week. Ponderosa Resort offers horseback riding, swimming, rock wall climbing, tennis, swing set, jeep tours, and more!

Price for this house is based on a 10 person stay. There is an additional $10 per person over 10 guest per night fee.

You’ll be able to access the entire home, inside and our as well as garage space.

Our Property Managers, Kraig and Logan live nearby and are available to assist you during your stay. Longer stays are common at our house, they may stop by to take out the trash or service the hot tub. If it’s needed they will let you know when they are stopping by.

Gated community, Zion Ridge, near the East Gate of Zion National Park and next to the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort.

Parking options include a 2 car garage; large paved circular driveway in front and 2 gravel areas on either side of the house. Note: parking on the neighborhood streets is against HOA rules.
