A jewel any time of the year, welcome to the **newly updated** 4Seasons Haven. This family friendly getaway has all the comforts of home, is located steps from Pineview Reservoir in Lakeside Village, and minutes from three world class ski resorts—Snowbasin, Powder Mountain and Nordic Valley.

This ~2400 sq ft townhouse has three levels with four bedrooms spread between the upper and lower levels, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom—all stocked with bed and bath linens. On the middle floor you will find a large, comfortable living room and very well equipped kitchen to help you to create a master meal or a quick sandwich to eat on the go. Kitchen is stocked with a variety of spices, cooking oils, and convenience products. Bathrooms come with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The townhouse has its own private hot tub and barbeque grill on a deck off the dining area (propane included).

The kids will love playing with some provided toys in their own bonus rec room with 4.5” ceilings—always a favorite. Other amenities include wifi, laundry room with detergent, and a one-car garage. Additional parking is available in the common area and boat parking is available for an additional fee, upon request.

An outdoor heated pool and kiddie pool (open from Memorial Day – Labor Day), large community hot tub (open year round), two tennis courts, basketball court, gym and a trail down to the lake are part of the community and available for guest use.
In the winter season you can take advantage of our three local ski resorts—Snowbasin is only 10 minutes away—along with snowshoeing, cross country skiing, sledding, and hiking trails waiting to be discovered.

The summer months are filled with golfing, mountain biking and hiking, or boating on Pineview Reservoir. There are numerous activities to keep everyone entertained—kayaking, sailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, swimming, bird watching, or frisbee golf.

The townhouse is family friendly: both a highchair and infant pack n play are available (does not include sheets). We have board games and movies for your use with satellite TVs in every bedroom.

This unit is individually managed so better rates can be offered. We look forward to hosting you on your next vacation. We are a no smoking, vaping or pets townhouse, and check for this upon departure. We ask that you take care of the home as you would your own.
