This 5BR/3.5BA home offers 4,000 square feet of modern mountain comfort and sleeps 10 guests comfortably. Offering 2 stories of living space, the retreat features a spacious fully-furnished kitchen, wireless internet, and internet TV with all of the essential premier channels. The large backyard backs up to beautiful open space and a small creek. Walking trails, a park and a large grassy field are added features of the development, offering the perfect place to explore or take a walk.

The large upstairs deck has comfortable seating and a fire pit to enjoy while taking in the mountain views. The downstairs patio has a 7 person hot tub to enjoy year-round. The master suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet and a Jacuzzi tub. Two of the other bedrooms have queen-size beds. There is a king-size bed in the fourth bedroom. The remaining bedroom is home to two bunk beds (twin on top and full on bottom) and a large futon that opens up into a queen size mattress.

The downstairs basement offers fun for the entire family with a large flat screen tv, ping pong, darts and pop a shot.

This private home has several ski resorts just minutes away. Powder Mountain is a quick 10 minute drive or shuttle ride away and was just rated #2 of the Best Ski Resorts in North America in 2018-2019. Snowbasin Resort is an easy 25 minute drive away and Nordic Valley (which you can see out the window of the home) is right around the corner and offers great, inexpensive beginner skiing and a sledding hill the whole family will love. Those preferring cross country skiing will find over 30 km of groomed track at North Fork Park in Liberty, just a quick 10 minute drive away. There are ski rentals, restaurants and a grocery store within 3 miles.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Before you book, please read through the outdoor noise violation policy in addition to the maximum guest policy as we will ask you to confirm your understanding prior to check-in. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm – 7am, and includes prohibited use of the hot tub during this time.

Our apologies, but we have a strict no pet policy – guests that are found to have violated this policy will be subject to additional cleaning fees. Guests arriving with pets will not be accommodated. We have two hypo-allergenic dogs that do not respond well to the scent of other animals in the house so we appreciate your cooperation.

Guests will have access to the entire house and will have full privacy.

Please note that we have a strict 8 person maximum overnight occupancy on our property (including children). The house may accommodate up to 10; however, beyond 8 occupants must be authorized by owner prior to stay and is subject to denial.
