Owner lives part-time in the upstairs house – locked separate from this apartment. Usually during the winter ski season.
Parking for several vehicles is available outside the front of the apartment. There is a separate gravel driveway leading to the apartment entrance. Separate from the main house driveway. Snow removal of the apartment driveway and walkway is included in the rent. Also, please note that a mid stay cleaning is required every 30 days for stays longer than 30 days. So cleaning required at 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, etc. Cost is $150 and can be paid by Venmo at time of service.
