Sugar Pine is located at the center of Powder Mountain. The unit is within minutes of the Timberline Lodge & lift and summer mountain biking trails and provides panoramic views of the surrounding Wasatch Mountains.
Main Floor
The main floor includes a newly upgraded kitchen and appliances. An open living area with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace boasts big open bay windows with natural light throughout and a walk- out balcony. Sharing the main level of living space is a full bathroom and a bedroom with two twin beds.
Upstairs
On the upper level are extended views of the Wasatch Mountains along with the master bathroom and ensuite bathroom. Also located on this level is another bedroom with a queen bed and a shared hallway bathroom.
Downstairs
On the bottom level of the home is a mudroom along with access to the two-car garage. The laundry room and fourth full bath are also located on this level.
You must have a 4 x 4 vehicle and be comfortable with snowy mountain driving to stay in this home. During storm events, both Powder Mountain Road and Summit Pass Road can be very snowy – and sometimes even close while crews clear hazards. You must be prepared for winter conditions in this home. (But winter conditions mean great skiing!!!). Also please note that there are no amenities at the top of the mountain after the resort closes. Groceries, gas, and shops are located down the canyon in the town of Eden, UT.
Ski-in/Ski-out Access to the Village Lift closes at 4:00pm.
We recommend 4 x 4 or AWD vehicles with snowtires during winter months. Knowledge of steep mountain driving is required to book this unit. Shuttles are available from Eden
